About us.

    Kjempe means "giant person" in Old Norsk, the old

Norwegian Language the vikings used.

    Maine Coons are often called "gentle giants", which

suits them really well.

        We are a small cattery in South Auckland, New Zealand.

      We are registered with :    New Zealand Cat Fancy

                                                                          Catz Incorporated

                                  and are a member of :   Rasclub MaineCoon (Netherlands)

       Our aim is to breed strong, healthy, show quality cats,

and we regularly import new bloodlines.

     Our kittens are raised in a loving, home environment,

    well adapted and with gentle, smoochy natures.
